Bio: Having left my career as a Quality Manager in Aviation Engineering, I am now the happiest I've ever been as a full-time Mum and part-time Art Student. I'm married to a lovely, tolerant, supportive, intelligent and funny man and we have a beautiful daughter, another little one on the way and the makings of a petting zoo with cats, a dog, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs and a ferret! We have a wall of books, no television and enough shared and separate interests to keep us occupied when we are not busy trying to translate "toddler". I love to ice-skate and practice Tai Chi and look forward to being able to go cycling and running again! Besides normal house things like cooking and cleaning, our little girl and my studies are all-consuming at present but we go to a different park, reservoir, country park, hillside etc almost every day as a family, regardless of the weather. I have mastered the art of a 2 minute shower and if I can, sneak a little nap in during the day.
